Monday meditation followed by movement

An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
We begin at 6:30 PM with two rounds of 25 minute meditations, with walking meditation in between, followed by tea and sharing from the heart. We officially end at 8:30PM, but you are welcome to stay for 30 minutes of Being Danced*, a freeform moving meditation to music.
Feel free to inquire about openings for this group (maximum 8 participants). Women are invited, no experience needed. To support the zendo you are encouraged to donate a $5 each time you come, or for regulars $20 per month is appreciated.

*Being Danced explores the ebb and flow, the strain of trying to make things happen and the release, the bliss, of surrender. By allowing the emotional and physical landscapes to emerge and transform in movement, we naturally return to wholeness, freedom of movement, and connectedness. We notice how life naturally carries us and gives us what we want.
